About Fathima Musfina:
I am an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist with BSc, MSc, and MPhil qualifications. My practice is grounded in an eclectic, evidence-based approach, integrating Cognitive Therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness based interventions.
I work with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, OCD, adjustment difficulties, and challenges affecting overall well-being. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I strive to understand each client holistically by integrating cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and attachment perspectives. I strongly value a transdiagnostic approach to treatment, recognizing common underlying processes across difficulties and addressing core patterns that maintain distress.
I strive to create a warm, safe, and collaborative space where you feel heard and respected.
You are the expert of your own life; my role is to support you in exploring your experiences, strengthening coping skills, and moving toward greater clarity, resilience, and lasting psychological well-being.
